Post Weld Heat Treatment and/or Normalization

Post Weld Heat Treatment of your vessel, pipe spools, or other equipment may be required for process reasons, code or client specifications. Our furnace is 16’-11” high x 15’-6” wide x 103’-0” long with a heating capacity to 2,000 F. We use high efficiency burners in multiple location in order to maintain control of the heating and cooling cycles. The quantity, placement and control of our high efficiency burners allows us to ensure an even heating cycle and maintain the temperature.

In addition to our furnace we can also have hood furnaces for smaller parts and flat plates.

Tex-Fab can also Normalize "as rolled" plate.
