ASME B31.1, B31.3 and B31.8 compliant pipe fabrication can be hard to find, not to mention expensive. Many contractors insist on field fabrication of the piping, yet we have found this to be inefficient and it results in lower quality welds in your pipe.
In order to ensure a smooth process from beginning-to-end, we put a large amount of time and effort into identifying correct specifications for each project. Our team will work with your engineers to ensure the isometric drawings are completed to a degree that will allow us to go straight into fabrication. This reduces the amount of time necessary for fixing mistakes in the end, getting you higher quality pipe spools that meet your needs faster and less expensive.
Our facilities and expertise can ensure high quality welds with the following processes; SAW, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW. Each of these welding processes have their place and time, furthering our ability to create custom piping for whatever your needs are.
We can also provide multiple option for Non-Destructive Examination (NDE). We use radiography (RT), magnetic particle (MT & WFMT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Dye Penetrant (PT). All provided at our shop to speed the fabrication process.
